Terms and conditions

  1.  Check-in time is after 2:00 PM and before 8 PM.  Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. You may check-in early if the apartment is available.  In most cases, your bags can be held after check-out.  For emergencies, check-in can be arranged after 8 PM (an additional fee of $15.00 will be charged).
  2. CANCELLATION POLICY: If the reservation is canceled less than 21 days in advance of the arrival date, the guest will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
  3. Surcharge for less than three-night reservations.
  4. All guests must be registered and will be calculated in the rate. Children are counted as guests.  No one who is not registered is allowed on the premises after 10:00 PM without permission from the management.  There can be no events or parties on the premises without written consent of the property owner.
  5. Air conditioning must be turned off when guests leave the apartment.
  6. Rates are subject to local taxes.
  7. We promote green business practices including conservation of energy, recycling and the use of non-toxic substances.
  8. For reservations of less than a week, housekeeping services are not provided.   For all reservations, the units may be checked occasionally to replenish supplies and remove trash.
  9. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
  10. No pets allowed.
  11. If the owner/manager is traveling out of town, a local number will be provided for guest assistance.
  12. The kitchen should be left in the same general condition that it was found at check-in. Guests will be charged for damage to the premises, lost items or for extra time spent cleaning.
  13. Guest will be charged $15.00 for lost keys.
  14. Every attempt will be made to provide unlimited wireless internet access 24 hours a day.  This service cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond the control of the management.
